Microsoft is in the final countdown phase for Visual Studio 2005. The August Community Technology Preview (CTP) is just around the corner. And simultaneous with the release to manufacturing (RTM) of Visual Studio 2005, Microsoft also is on track to deliver a third beta of the Team Foundation Server component of Visual Studio Team System. This is not a deviation from the company's plan, the Softies way; Team Foundation Server still is slated for Q1 2006 availability.
